QUESTION | WHO qualifies for a low-cost roof repair or replacement?

Before filing a claim for roofing work, you first need to have an inspection. We do these for FREE with no obligation.

With homeowners insurance, any storm-related damage (or sudden and accidental claims) are covered by your insurance policy. The only cost to you is the deductible outlined in your policy. Typically this ranges from $500-1,000.

Earlier this year we had a family pay just a $500 deductible for a $10,000 roof replacement! This happens very often.

Unfortunately, worn and/or aged roofs are not covered by insurance. If your home does sustain storm damage and you do not report it in a timely manner, your insurance provider classifies your claim as negligence and you are not covered.
