She helped with filing a claim with insurance and calling to check on the status of the claim and was here when the adjuster … More came out to hold him accountable when he tried to act like there wasn’t enough damage. She also stayed on top of the claim throughout the entire process with texting me updates constantly and ended up giving me great news that we were getting a full roof replacement for just my deductible. Without her I would have been so overwhelmed and stressed. She made this process with insurance so easy and was very knowledgeable and educated on everything about the roof and the insurance.
